How to Watch Movies/MP4's Synched to My iPad Fr...

I have videos that I have synched to my iPad via the iTunes app on my iMac.  I can see that they are synched when I have the iPad connected to my iMac but don't know where to find them or how to play them on my iPad.  I used to use the Apple Videos app.  I went to the App Store and found it is in my cloud but it will not download saying "This app requires specific features not available on this device"

How can I play the videos I have synched?  Thanks for your help!!

They should be in the TV app. That’s where my videos are. Granted I use a PC to sync but the premise is the same
