I used apple pay to pay for something and then ...

I used apple pay to pay for a product however my order was cancelled. they have said a refun was processed over a week ago and still no money. they have advised me to contact you in regards to getting my money back.

As when using payment cards directly, refunds that are processed via Apple Pay can take several days to be reflected on a card account / bank statement.

 

If the refund is not reflected on your account after allowing reasonable time, then for further assistant contact the merchant and/or your card issuer.

 

Apple Pay transactions are a matter between you, the card issuer and the merchant (or app developer, for in-app purchases).

 

Apple / Apple Pay does not collect any transaction information that can be tied back to you.
