Missing albums

Installed itunes on two new HP & Dell computers and can only see four albums in the library after signing in, should be loads more! how can I get them back? Both have Windows 10.

However I didn’t mention my old computer completely crashed when updating windows. Apparently a complete crash with iTunes not retrievable. So can’t copy from old computer, unless you know how to retrieve it my IT man is stump

Define crashed. If you didn't overwrite your personal data then you may be able to put the drive from the old machine in an enclosure connected to the new machine and copy off the old data. If your content is on any devices, external media, backup, etc. then it can be retrieved from those. The first link I posted should link to all of the other resources you're likely to need. Past purchases can be restored if hidden and then downloaded. You can re-rip your CDs.
