iCloud Photo Library on iOS 11.1

Hi! I've just bought new iPhone 7+ and connected it to my Apple ID on iOS 10. All photos were synced and visible in Photos app. But I can't restore my backup from iCloud due to iOS versions (my previous iPhone was on iOS 11.1 Public Beta 2). So I've updated my phone to iOS 11 and then to iOS 11.1 Public Beta 2 and restored from iCloud iPhone backup. But my Photos app don't want to download my photos from iCloud Photo Library. There are 0 items in 'All Photos' album. Tried to disable iCloud Photo Library, restart the phone, enable iCloud Photo Library and restart the phone again. Nothing helps. Tried to reset the phone and restore it again, but it's not helped me too.

Does anyone know a solution for this?

After I've posted this post it was synced all photos. Someone suggested to sign out from the iCloud account and sign in.
