I just bought 2TB of iCloud Storage. iCloud say...

I just bought 2TB of iCloud Storage. iCloud says I have 1.94GB remaining available. But on my mac the finder folder it says iCloud is full. All the cloud icons next to the subfolder have a ! inside the could icon. When I click on manage it shows again that I have 1.94 TB available. What gives?
