I have preordered an album, how do i cancel this?

You can follow these steps from the Support article Pre-order music and movies from the iTunes Store to cancel a pre-order:

View or cancel your pre-orders

You can only manage your pre-orders in iTunes on a Mac or PC.

To open iTunes and sign in to your Account Information page from your computer, click this link: View My Account. Or follow these steps:

  1. Open iTunes.
  2. If you’re not signed in, sign in with your Apple ID.
  3. From the menu bar at the top of your computer screen or at the top of the iTunes window, choose Account > View My Account.
  4. Enter your password, then press the Return or Enter key on your keyboard, or click View Account.

On the Account Information page:

  1. Scroll to Settings, then click Manage Pre-Orders.
  2. On the Manage Pre-Orders screen, you can view information about your pre-orders, including the expected release dates.
    To cancel a pre-order, click the Cancel button to the right of the item. When asked to confirm that you want to cancel, click OK.
