Is there a way to track an ipad if it is not lo...

Teenager is trying to outsmart parent, she has access to an ipad mini, I am sure that she is doing things with it that she should not be, mother had added it as a device under her icloud account but the device is not showing up when logged into icloud account or when going to icloud.com (icloud only shows the two devices that are still logged into the account phone/other ipad) you can still see the step daughters ipad that was added under all devices but it is constantly showing as offline...the daughter has her own itunes account, probably logged into that one or not at all, or is there an app that can used to track the device or a way to monitor the device, I have the IP/MAC address of it, need help!!!!!!frustrated parent!!!!
