Movies Anywhere linking problem

I have a bit of a problem. My Movies Anywhere account shows iTunes as linked, iTunes is definitely not linked (if I go to the iTunes account on a Mac or on an iPhone), no movies are coming over.  I cannot un-link or re-link, called Movies Anywhere support, they did not suggest anything meaningful. What can I do to get this sorted out? Thanks, Alex.
