Mac Pro stuck at boot

Hello Everybody,

From one month, my Mac Pro stuck at boot. Sometime when I start booting safe all is ok. I can work "normally" when I restart all begin again.

I tried everything Apple suggest, reset PRAM, reset SMT, new fresh installation, but nothing.

When Mac finally starts I have this:
