Charged twice while creating Apple ID

Hi, I cloud support,

I bought Iphone SE and tried to create icloud account. I was charged twice as first time account creation was unsuccessful. Will I get refund for unsuccessful transaction

Yes; it could be a week or more; don't ask me why.   If you have heard nothing after that time on the bottom of one of the receipts is an invitation to 'Report a problem.'   Report what you wrote here as your problem.
