Personal hotspot gets disconnected

I use one of my iPhone as hotspot, but it gets disconnected very frequently. I need to reconnect the devices every time I unlock them. This is very annoying.

First, I recommend restarting your iPhone and the disconnected devices. Restarting can resolve many unexpected behaviors.

I tried the steps mentioned, but of no use. Same issue. My iPhone/iPad needs to be active(unlocked screen), to be connected to the Hotspot.

Hi. Is your hotspot a secured WiFi? Do you use a password to connect? If it is not, what you experience may just be enhanced security by iOS.

I have done and check the same. I able to use for sometime then it will disconnect by itself (personal hotspot service off by itself). I will either need to restart the phone or jusr on the hotspot. It depends on either I can go into personal hotspot menu.

Were you able to resolve your problem? I'm having a similar issue as I posted here.
