Cannot restore LaCie external hard drive becaus...

Hi.

So I have two 1TB Porsche Design LaCie external hard drives. One of them (named P9223) has been completely erased and is ready to use. The other one, however, is corrupted because more than 1TB was downloaded onto it (this is actually not true. Only a couple hundred GB was, but for some reason it thinks that over 1TB has been downloaded and it is therefore corrupt).

Anyways the corrupt hard drive doesn't show up on my desktop when I plug it into my iMac, and I cannot find it via terminal or anywhere. The only way to see it is in Disk Utility. So, I am trying to restore the files from it onto my other "P9223" external hard drive because I don't want to lose the files... However, when I attempt to do this, the following message displays (please see the picture):

So, I'm not sure what to do. Do you have any suggestions? Is there any way I can fix this problem?
