Does anyone know how to optimize my ssd drive????

I have 2009 MacBook with macOS Sierra  10.12.6

I had a crash and had to restore from my External Hard Drive 1 teribyte Drive

The macBook has a 250 Gig SSD drive

Any suggestion as to how to optimize my SSD drive ???

There is no need to organize spaces, I assume you mean create partitions. SSDs are very fast and the OS organizes data for you. Just install the drive and load up the OS. Then enjoy the speed of your new SSD.

What do you mean by "optimize"?

If you are asking if you can "squeeze" 1 TB of data onto a 250 GB drive, the answer is: No, you cannot. You will need to pick and choose what you want to have on your internal boot drive.
