Can I remove IOS 11.0?

I updated to 11.0 IOS and when I went to open an app "Passwords" I get a message that says "Passwords" needs to be updated.  The developer of this app needs to update it to work with IOS 11.  I click learn more and it says No Updates Available and I don't see that app anywhere on App Store.  I have all my passwords on that app and I desperately need.  Can I remove 11.0 get my "Passwords" App back and once I write down all my passwords I can reinstall 11.0?

Nope. Downgrading iOS is not supported. You will likely have to use each services' password recovery process for those passwords that you cannot recall.
