incorrect song titles

Is there a way to report incorrect song titles on an album that you stream in Apple Music?  I cannot see it in purchases because I did not buy it as a download, only listened to it as part of a subscription.  Each track except for #1 and #25 is in fact the following track (the second song is missing, so the title you click on for track 2 plays the music of the following track 3, track 3 plays the music of track 4, and so on until tracks 24 and 25 which are the same music).  How can I request that this is fixed? [Album is "12 Classic 45s"]
