WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THE NEW SOFTWARE!!!!

Can somebody tell me what is going on? Siri cannot take dictation. In fact, I have no idea  where she gets the words she comes out with half the time.  My phone is also suddenly completely screwed up. It decides to freeze and turn black and quit at Will! I am leaving all mistakes that are written as I am speaking into my phone through Siri. My phone doesn’t even take dictation right now that I can hear. Is anyone else having this problem? What can I do because I’m going out of my mind. May not be a big deal to anyone else, but I live on the phone and on the road and I cannot type. I dictate. I’ve insulted more people and had to apologize for Siri. Any words of advice?
