I cloud for windows is not installing. i contin...

I downloaded the file and attempt to install it.  I continue to get installer package errors.  I have tried installing this on a brand new fresh install of windows 10. 

I did the same with itunes and get the same error.   these packages have not been installed on this windows install before.
