iCloud Music Library on iOS doesn't update auto...

Hi,

my Music Library and Playlists do not update automatically on my iPhone and iPad:( I have to switch off and back on the "iCloud Music Library" tumbler in the settings to get them updated is there some solution?

I had the same problem with my iPhone, not iPad. I resolved it by doing the following:

1. Go to Settings --> iTunes & App Store
2. Under "Automatic Downloads", turn on "Music".
3. Turn off "iTune Music Library" under Settings --> Music.
4. Turn "iTune Music Library" back on and wait for it to sync to the latest
5. Now my iPhone keeps synched with the iCloud Music Library changes I made on Mac.

This is definitely a bug because the behavior is not universal. My iPad had the music automatic downloads turned off all these time and it was able to automatically sync up with the iCloud Music Library. So either the code path for iPad and iPhone is different or there is an unchecked corner case that resulted in a ambiguous behavior.

HI, I performed a reset and tried to restore a phone from iCloud backup in hope it will help. The problem still remained. Then I performed a reset again and set up a phone as a new one. Problem solved. It seem that it was somewhere in settings?

Having the same problem now .. but how to restore settings after setting up phone as new one? I do not want to loose data .. eg for watch etc.
