Changing from family membership to student

Hi:

I am currently have the family membership but I want to change to the Student one. But it doesnt allow me to subscribe for the student one. It always say ”You’re already an apple music member”. This is getting frustrating.  I already added my school email on my list of email. Still not working.

What should I do?
