Managing payment method

So.. I was managing my method payment and thus I enter information using my debit card. Unfortunately its been declined. and I do not own any credit card. Can anyone help me with this?

The payment method that you are trying to add may not be supported in your region.

 

Follow the instructions here as appropriate, including checking that your address details fully match those on file with your card issuer / bank:

 

 

You may also wish to check with your bank, in case it has declined Apple's payment authorisation requests.

 

If you still need help, then contact iTunes Support:
