Sporadic issues logging into iMessage and Facetime

Help - so frustrated.  I am able to login into my Facetime and iMessage icloud accounts (xxxx@gmail.com) but can not do it from my Mac laptop.  I have reset P-Ram and done just about EVERYTHING that I can find on the web.  Interesting that it did work for awhile then totally stopped working just from my laptop - iPhone is fine.

What can I do to fix this for good?
