Buying apple watch 3 in US, using it in another...

So if i was about to visit the US somewhere in the near future, and i was buying the new apple watch 3 over there with cellular, would i be able to use it in my own country, when the carriers in my country will support it? Or is it bound to only US carriers/towers?

Apple Watch (GPS + Cellular) is not locked to any specific carrier and has a built-in eSIM that copies information from the iPhone's SIM card.

 

The cellular features require a carrier plan that includes support for Apple Watch.

 

If buying Apple Watch (GPS + Cellular) in another country, you would need to buy a model that supports the relevant LTE and UMTS bands for your country and supported carrier.

 

There are three different regional versions of Apple Watch (GPS + Cellular), each supporting different LTE and UMTS bands, as detailed here:

 

 

Also keep in mind that warranty service may be restricted to the country in which Apple Watch is originally purchased:
