Bluetooth Not Discovering nor Discoverable
Hi, my MacBook Air, mid-2013, Sierra 10.12.6, does not discover any bluetooth devices (I'm using a UE Roll), nor is it discoverable by my iPhone. This machine has been freshly wiped/formatted, literally.
The list of devices in bluetooth preferences remains empty despite the continuous animation of the little indicator that searches devices. I did NV RAM rest, SMC reset, and resetting bluetooth module, to no avail.
Someone help! Could it be a one in million chance of hardware problem? Everything else on this machine is perfect and good. I bought it used. Thank you
