Touch bar permanently blank!!! HELP

Hello!

Yesterday for reasons unknown to me, the touch bar went black and has been black ever since. No applications makes it come back. Restarted it, did't work. Did the Activity Monitor “Touch Bar agent” kill, didn't exist... Did Terminal "pkill "Touch Bar agent" and "killall ControlStrip" - none worked.

Does any one know how to turn it back on? I hate the inability to control the brightness and volume from the keyboard, but most of all I have lost Escape!!!
