My Apps not longer appear when I connect my iPa...

My Apps not longer appear when I connect my iPad or iPhone SE to iTunes. Only those that have file sharing appear. Am I missing a setting in iTuens, iPhoe SE or my iPad. Cannot figure our how to get the tradation view of my Apps on my 2 devices to show up in iTunes.
