Anyone having problems with brand new apple pro...

I don't know what's been happening with the production of apple products in the last few years but I've had a problem with every single product that I've bought within this time span.

 

It all started with my macbook pro. I purchased my macbook pro 2 years ago and had requested for someone to help me set up my mac right away. I was extremely excited at this point but that excitement did not last, as my brand new mac froze at the introduction screen. I was told to her reboot the laptop and all would be fine. And it was, until not even a week later, the screen got all wonky - with lines and blocks of colours showing up - every time I turned the macbook on. I ended up having to go back and exchange it.

 

Next, it was my iPhone. I rarely use headphones, I don't have any music on my phone and if I'm ever watching videos, I usually use the speaker. About month ago, my phone phone suddenly got stuck in headphone mode. It was very strange to me because just the day before it was working fine. 

 

Now, it's my iPad. I bought the iPad on July 25th (less than a month ago and on the same day I brought my iPhone in to the genius bar) and today, I noticed white dots (possibly specs of dust) underneath the glass screen. I have yet to go to apple and get it checked out/replaced.

 

Luckily, the apple support team has been mostly awesome and the products I had issues with were replaced but I'm really surprised with all these issues that keep coming up - and with brand new or relatively new products too. I've been a customer of apple for years and I have never had this many problems before. My iPod shuffle, iPod Nano, iPhone 4s and my two iPad minis have never had any issues. In fact, they all still work fine - albeit I haven't touched my iPods in a while but I'm pretty confident that if I were to plug it in again, it would work.

 

It's quite disappointing because I really do love Apple, their products and designs. It's great that I had my new iPhone and macbook pro replaced with new ones without issues but it's time consuming and, quite frankly, annoying to constantly go back to the apple store a second time. Anyways, I was just wondering if anyone has been experiencing this.



If that make you feel better, I do not have any issues with my purchases.
