Wrong language in application updates

when I have a new application update in the App store, in "whats new" section, some applications like facebook messenger and viber the language is in French. The result is that I can not understand what the update is about. My mobile language is in Greek, and the same in iTunes. I can not understand why this happens without changing anything and suddenly the information started appearing in French until before it was normal ... Any idea?
