Okay so basically I was trying to move my iTunes files from my SSD to my HDD because it makes more sense that a massive music library shouldn’t take up precious SSD space, so I moved it, and then I deleted my iTunes folder from my SSD because the whole point was to clear up space. I went into iTunes, hit edit -> preferences -> advanced -> and changed the path from my SSD to my HDD. This worked, after trying a few different things, and now it is displaying my full iTunes library, the songs play, but i’m missing a few important things that i’m Hoping to get back somehow. This is likely due to the fact my iTunes library spent some time in the recycle bin before I recovered it and successfully moved it to my HDD.

*I lost 2 years of “plays” counters on all my songs

*All my playlists

*Really everything that was customized, counted or measures (hearts, ratings, plays, how recently each song was added)

Keep in mind these are ALL still on my iPhone and I can see them when I plug it in and look specifically at my device, now I have a couple questions.

1. Is there any way to upload these things from my iPhone to my computer without losing it?

2. If I sync my iPhone will all of these things be removed from the phone?
