Sharing iTunes and Photos between two user acco...

Hi

Is there a simple way (without having to use iCloud) where I can share (not copy / duplicate) both my iTunes and Photo libraries between two user accounts on the same iMac?

I am running fully updated Sierra 10.12.6.; Photos 2.0 (3161.4.140) and iTunes 12.6.2.20.

I very much appreciate any guidance you can give.
