After update to 11.0 on my iPad Air, Safari pag...

Just updated to IOS 11 on my iPad Air.  When looking at Internet pages on Safari, the pages freeze - won't scroll won't let me input information.  I can move back a page or forward a page or even tap other tabs, but the page itself does nothing.  Anyone have any ideas? 

Double clicking the Home button and swipe Safari upwards. Go to Settings/Safari and clear History and Website Data. Open Safari and test.

I have this issue on my iPad Pro 12.9“ (first version). Already tried all the reset Safari cache, reset network settings etc. Didn’t help. Pages that used to load normally, now load partially and then take minutes to finished loading and in doesn’t respond in the mean time. Loading the same page on my iPhone 7 plus, it loads fast.
