I lastly had my iPad around july and it died but can't find it now!

Other than looking for yourself there is no way. Find my iPad requires the device be powered on and have an internet connection to communicate with Apple’s servers that provide you the location information. If the battery has died or it’s simply lost internet connection for any reason, it is not remotely trackable.

 

Your iCloud Account only shows the last location for 24 hours. After that, if it does not come back online and reconnect, there will be no available location data.
