Mickey Mouse Watch Face Sound Distortion

Hello,

 

I recently received an Apple Watch Series 2 SpaceGray and whenever I use the Mickey Mouse watch face and tap it to tell me the time, I can hear a cracking or distorted sound. This seems to occur more often when I haven't done it for a while. I got it as a gift less than a week ago but the 14-day exchange policy does not apply anymore.

I have heard this is a software issue, have any of you made similar experiences?

I suggest that you contact Apple Support (mail-in service may be available, if required), make a Genius Bar reservation or visit an Apple Authorised Service Provider for assistance:

 

Known issue. WatchOS 3.2.3 fixes some of it but WatchOS 4 is supposed to resolve it, presumably for good.
