System Report...

The company that makes the eSATA card I was using in my Mac Pro is asking for a system report to help diagnose why it won't boot with the card installed (after upgrading to macOS High Sierra - it prevented the upgrade from completing, then when the card was reinstalled after the upgrade, it wouldn't boot).

I am leery of sending this report, as it contains all of my MAC address, as well as my IP address for my network.  Is there a way to create a condensed system report that does not contain that information??  I don't take any chances when it comes to my network.  If anyone knows how to do it, please let me know.  Thanks in advance.
