Itunes problem purchases

Hi hru I actually try to send you much times and still not care about my refund my pack I buy it and not get my items and I told mobile strike support he check my account and find it’s true and told me to contact you to help me for refund my pack not get my items inside and I have his mail I will send it to you to help me plz it’s big problem when person use app redeem yo buy like crazy and spend 60000$ in 8 months but you not care about Clint like me who buy much and spend much to get good quality from your side but I really start to upset about support who not care about my problem without check before where problems iam not laying I spend more than you think iam mad coz no care from your side to help me that why I start to ask about managers to care about me coz person like me why not vip services took from you plz check this year my account packs plz and see what I buy everyday I spend 300$ and sometimes 500$ comon plz one time care about me one time let me feel I still important here in app support comon

This is not 'app support', read what I told you twice on that thread - we are fellow users, these are user forums, this is not iTunes Support, not Apple, nobody on here can help you, you have to contact iTunes Support.

Sorry for bothering you but I always try with itunes support why in the end find myself here I don’t know plZ help me in the end it’s same company send my msg to iTunes support you know or give me account not need to took 5 hours to find them plz
