KEYCHAIN ISSUE: You have not chosen to trust "C...

Hi, I work with Umoja, an application that uses citrix receiver. I use it at work with windows computers, but now and then i also access it from home from my mac. All of a sudden (not sure what happened, reallY!) i started to get this message: You have not chosen to trust "COMODO RSA Organization Validation Secure Server CA", the issuer of the server's security can you tell me exactly what i need to do? i tried to add the certificate to the keychain following some instructions i found on the internet, but it's not working, i am not even sure i succeeded to do that. I would be most grateful if anyone could help me to solve this problem.

I have the same problem try with this solution proposed by SAP https://sapprogramming.blogspot.be/2015/11/umoja-and-citrix-receiver.html

Keychain Access.app > look through your own and the system keychains for the certificate in question > mark it trusted.   If you trust it.

dind't help: in safari i went in keychain selected the certificate of COMODO RSA selected 'always trust' in all drop down menus but it's still giving the same error.

Try deleting the certificate to see if it will download a new one.

Hello there, unfortunately it didn't work, i deleted the certificates and i still get the same message: You have not chosen to trust "COMODO RSA Organization Validation Secure Server CA", the issuer of the server's security certificate.

After you've changed the certificate to always trust, reboot.

Also see if there are any intermediate certificates associated with that one, and ensure those are also trusted.

downloaded new certificates from https://support.comodo.com/index.php?/Default/Knowledgebase/Article/View/970/108 /intermediate-2-sha-2-comodo-rsa-domain-… but i still get the same problem! thanks for following up with me though!

UNRIC you solved my problem! thanks!

Hi UNRIC, can you help me? I've followed the steps, downloaded the Citrix Receiver and the certificates. However, when I launch the Citrix Receiver, it asks for a work e-mail or some server address given to me by my IT department. I've tried with the work e-mail, but it says that I can't open an account with an e-mail address. Any advice? Thanks.
