I need help

Hi guys. Recently I had Apple Music before my subscription ran out. I downloaded a song from Apple Music and then I bought it. My Apple Music subscription ran out earlier last week and I noticed the song I bought wasn't in my music library on my phone. I try to keep downloading it on iTunes, but it wont let me. iTunes made me buy the song twice and I want my extra $1.29+ back. What can I do to make the song get back onto my library on my phone?
