App Store Issues

Is anyone having issues with the App Store.  I uninstalled Facebook on my 6S due to some issues and now I am unable to reinstall it from the App Store, either on wireless connection or cellular.  I have rebooted my phone multiple times and signed out and back in to the App Store.  Every so often I get a message stating the App Store is temporarily unavailable but then I can turn around and get into the store.  My other apps seems to be functioning correctly, just Facebook and/or the App Store.

I understand from your post that you are not able to download Facebook after removing it and are receiving a message saying the App Store is not available. The following article has some steps to help resolve this type of issue:
