Setting env variables on Sierra for eclipse

I have set few environment variables(JAVA_HOME, ANT_HOME etc..) in .profile and I am able to get it in the terminal. But when try to access it through the eclipse gui, the environment variables are not resolved (for ex.. while building my source).

Can someone please help me here if there is already any resolution for this.
