cant upgrade mid 2011 imac

can't upgrade 10.7.5 to sierra..nether to el capitan...

msg from app store telling that those version cannot be instaled in mydevice...but i have the requisits...don't understand!! Anyone can help me?

Are you certain it is a Mid 2011 iMac?

If so, what does it say in About this Mac about version and build?

If only version is shown, click on it and it will display the build number.

To check the model number hold down the option/alt key, go to the Apple menu and select System Information. Post the model number in a new reply.
