Using iCloud for 3rd party photo hosting

Now that Photobucket has stopped the free use of its site for hosting photos, I wondered if it is possible to use iCloud instead ?

Many internet forums require IMG format links in order to post photos, which require a 3rd party hosting site.  Can I use iCloud for this, and if so, how do I generate the required links ?
