Your best and safest option is to take the Mac to an Apple store genius bar and have the technician extract it for you. Theis will be done for FREE.

If you want to try it, orient the Mac so that gravity is your ally and start the Mac holding the trackpad down.

What if the CD is stuck int he optical drive of an iMac. It would seem impractical to turn it upside down.
