Outlook 365 Not Syncing with Apple Calendar on Mac

I have just purchased a new MacBook Pro 13" with the Touch Bar and have begun setting it up. I have run into some issues syncing my calendar app with my Exchange account provided to me by my school.

 

I have absolutely no issues with the Mail app on the Mac working, it seems to be just with the Calendar app. Also, when I create an even with the iCloud calendar, it will come over to my Mac, and vice versa. This issue is just between the Exchange accounts. In addition, if I create an account on either Outlook itself or the Calendar app on my iPhone, they will update each other.

 

I'm not sure what else to try. I have spoken to Apple Care and they cannot seem to find the issue either. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know!

 

**Also, I can create an event on my Apple Calendar on my Mac and it will go to my phone, but my Mac will still not show events created in my iPhone.
