My macbook dont boot in mac osx after update on...

I have a Macbook Air 13 "Mid 2011 and recently i installed windows 7 in here using boot camp, yesterday my windows update for the 10 version and my option of boot {Windows or Mac OS} are gone, and now my pc start up, Emits the sound boot in a gray screen and boot directly on Windows 10, i try all the comands boot and nothing happens, someone can help me?? I already researched many sites but I still have not had any progress, I do not know what to do: '(((
