Pending debit on credit card, 19 days old

My credit card has been showing an iTunes pending debit of $1 Australian for the last 19 days.  I have not made any purchase which corresponds to that.  How do I get rid of it?

Did you add or change card details on an account ? If you did then it's a temporary store holding charge, your card issuer should have automatically removed it (most do so within a few days or so) : About payment card authorization holds in the iTunes Store - Apple Support - if that is what the 'charge' is, and there isn't a subsequent credit for the same amount, contact the card issuer
