Apps on iPhone 6 not showing in iTunes

Hi,

I have just today received a replacement for a lost phone. I have restored from a backup of the lost phone, all the contacts and apps are on the phone but the apps do not show in iTunes and I want to move them around the pages. How do i get the apps to show up?
