Can you still select do not disturb for individ...

I did the latest 11.01 update on my iPhone 6 and since I did the update I no longer have the option to put “do not disturb” for individual texts Is this option still available ?

Also having issue with battery draining very fast , I have already troubled shot how to improve this issue with no positive result ?
