I’m new to the Apple Watch - first purchase being the S3 Cellular. I’m happy with it but finding it difficult to get to grips with and one feature that I’m really struggling with are multiple duplicate entries in the Heart Rate app.

If I run, I find that over the course of the day, my watch duplicates (and keeps duplicating) entries for the same event in the heart rate app (the run itself and the recovery file). I can’t seem to find any explanation for this.

In the phone Activity app - the data isn’t duplicating (so for example, I’m currently showing the run I did this morning x3 on the watch Heart Rate app, but the miles covered in the phone’s Activity app is clearly just 1 x run and what I’ve covered more generally walking around during the day.)
