Apple Watch screen is bugging out

Hi,

I have an Apple Watch Series 1 and when I updated to Watch OS 3.2 I believe something went wrong. Occasionally my watch will lose track of the screen dimensions or something. Kinda of like a kaleidoscope or something. I included some pictures because I don't really know how to describe it. Eventually it will stop bugging out but I have no idea what triggers it nor what makes it stop. I've tried resetting the watch and pairing it as a new watch to my phone.
