Letter to Apple regarding iTunes update 12.7

Dear iTunes support,

After updating our iTunes to 12.7 we shocked to find that iTunes is not supporting iOS Appstore. We are using this to backup and restore our iPhones & iPads in case of something going wrong with our devices or getting new iOS devices. We are using this feature because our internet connection in our country is slow. We know we can restore from iCloud backup but this will take hours to finish. Not all iTunes users have high speed internet connection. Please find solution to return iOS appstore to iTunes again.
