Restoring files from an old Time Capsule

Hello

I replaced my old Time Capsule last year and I now need to restore some files from a backup done on the old TC. How can I do this?

I have been looking online for clues but sadly nothing around that explains this.

I was also surprised that the new TC only dates back to August 2017, I have been using it for nearly a year.

This is all very worrying and annoying since I sometimes delete old stuff knowing it is easy to restore if I need in the future.
